Description
The shaft security end fixing set provides a simple way to terminate the end of an Anti-climb barrier run to prevent unauthorised removal of the rotating cups or vanes.
The Shaft Security End Fixing Set includes;
1 x M6x40mm Hex bolt
1 x M6 Security Shear Nut
1 x Galvanised Washer (OD:48mm ID:29mm)
The pack is simple to use, you`ll just need 2 standard spanners to tighten the fixing
– apply one spanner to the bolt head, the other to the nut and tighten.
When the appropriate torque is reached, the hex drive head on the Shear-Nut will break off, leaving the threaded conical collar in place, with no way to undo it and therefore preventing removal of the bolt fixing.
