Government Announces SUDS to be Mandatory on New Developments

The government announced last year that from 2024, SUDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) would be mandatory in all new developments, in an effort to tackle rising flood levels in England, as part of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010’s Schedule 3.
